Danila Chernetsov 5170a857ce fbdev: sm501fb: Add some geometry checks.

Added checks for xoffset, yoffset settings.
Incorrect settings of these parameters can lead to errors
in sm501fb_pan_ functions.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
