[ Upstream commit25f97138f8] Allow a brcmnand_soc instance to provide a custom set of I/O operations which we will require when using this driver on a BCMA bus which is not directly memory mapped I/O. Update the nand_{read,write}_reg accordingly to use the SoC operations if provided. To minimize the penalty on other SoCs which do support standard MMIO accesses, we use a static key which is disabled by default and gets enabled if a soc implementation does provide I/O operations. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
