commitc58eef061dupstream. Currently the cmd.read_write setting is not initialized so it contains garbage from the stack. Fix this by setting it to 0 to indicate a read is required. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
