Currently, an RCU-preempt CPU stall warning simply lists the PIDs of those tasks holding up the current grace period. This can be helpful, but more can be even more helpful. To this end, this commit adds the nesting level, whether the task thinks it was preempted in its current RCU read-side critical section, whether RCU core has asked this task for a quiescent state, whether the expedited-grace-period hint is set, and whether the task believes that it is on the blocked-tasks list (it must be, or it would not be printed, but if things are broken, best not to take too much for granted). Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
