Without this planes that were added by intel_psr2_sel_fetch_update() that intersect with pipe damaged area will not have skl_program_plane() and intel_psr2_program_plane_sel_fetch() called, causing panel to not be properly updated. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
