[ Upstream commit329c9cd769] The test tool can check that the zerocopy number of completions value is valid taking into consideration the number of datagram send calls. This can catch the system into a state where the datagrams are still in the system (for example in a qdisk, waiting for the network interface to return a completion notification, etc). This change adds a retry logic of computing the number of completions up to a configurable (via CLI) timeout (default: 2 seconds). Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
