The bond driver needs to be patched to support new ethtool speeds. Currently it emits a single warning [1] when it encounters an unknown speed. As evident by the two previous patches, this is not explicit enough. Instead, promote it to an error. [1] bond10: (slave swp1): unknown ethtool speed (200000) for port 1 (set it to 0) v2: * Use pr_err_once() instead of WARN_ONCE() Signed-off-by: Ido Schimmel <idosch@nvidia.com> Signed-off-by: Nikolay Aleksandrov <nikolay@nvidia.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
