Sections .text..refcount were previously used to hold an error path code for fast refcount overflow protection on x86, see commit7a46ec0e2f("locking/refcounts, x86/asm: Implement fast refcount overflow protection") and commit564c9cc84e("locking/refcounts, x86/asm: Use unique .text section for refcount exceptions"). The code was replaced and removed in commitfb041bb7c0("locking/refcount: Consolidate implementations of refcount_t") and no sections .text..refcount are present since then. Remove then a relic referencing these sections from TEXT_TEXT to avoid confusing people, like me. This is a non-functional change. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
