Jianqun Xu 69a034d297 power/avs: rockchip-io-domain: rv1126 use separated notify
RV1126 set 3.3V before regulator disable.

Do a fix to rockchip io-domain, follow this orders:

* system running state
  -> io-domain vsel to 3.3V (actually is done by event-disable)
    -> regulator_enable
      -> vsel change according to regulator voltage

* system running state
  -> regulator_disable
    -> io-domain vsel to 3.3V

The bug only instance on RV1126, and tested on RV1126 EVB DDR3 V10.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
