Algea Cao 6bd6c35e9d drm/rockchip: dw_hdmi: Support HDMI 2.0 YCbCr 4:2:0
Some old code has too many conflicts with the upstream code,
so recombine and commit these changes.

Including these changes:
1.Support yuv420.
2.Limit rk3229/rk3328 max output resolution.
3.Support dynamically get input/out color info.
4.Introduce mpll_cfg_420.
5.use drm_mode_is_420 instead of DRM_MODE_FLAG_420_MASK.

Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
