commit541ac97186upstream. The size of the exception stacks was increased by the commit in Fixes, resulting in stack sizes greater than a page in size. The #VC exception handling was only mapping the first (bottom) page, resulting in an SEV-ES guest failing to boot. Make the #VC exception stacks part of the default exception stacks storage and allocate them with a CONFIG_AMD_MEM_ENCRYPT=y .config. Map them only when a SEV-ES guest has been detected. Rip out the custom VC stacks mapping and storage code. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
