commit12fc4dad94upstream. This reverts commit8a66790b78. Switching this function to AE_CTRL_TERMINATE broke the documented behaviour of acpi_dev_get_resources() - AE_CTRL_TERMINATE does not, in fact, terminate the resource walk because acpi_walk_resource_buffer() ignores it (specifically converting it to AE_OK), referring to that value as "an OK termination by the user function". This means that acpi_dev_get_resources() does not abort processing when the preproc function returns a negative value. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
