[ Upstream commitf969f03888] In a surprising turn of events, it transpires that CPU capabilities configured as ARM64_CPUCAP_WEAK_LOCAL_CPU_FEATURE are never set as the result of late-onlining. Therefore our handling of erratum1418040does not get activated if it is not required by any of the boot CPUs, even though we allow late-onlining of an affected CPU. In order to get things working again, replace the cpus_have_const_cap() invocation with an explicit check for the current CPU using this_cpu_has_cap(). In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
