Avoid executing set_vq_ready() if the device has been reset. In such
case, the features are cleared and cannot be used in conditional
statements. Such reference happens is the function ctrl_vq_idx().

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
