Renesas ARM defconfig updates for v6.6

  - Enable CSI driver support for Renesas RZ/V2M based platforms,

    Renesas RZ/{G2L,G2LC,G2UL,V2L} SMARC EVKs.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
