Merge updates of the ACPI battery and button drivers and support for
a new OEM _OSI string for 4.19.

* acpi-button:
  ACPI / button: fix defined but not used warning
  ACPI / button: increment wakeup count only when notified

* acpi-battery:
  ACPI / battery: Do not export energy_full[_design] on devices without full_charge_capacity
  ACPI / battery: get rid of negations in conditions
  ACPI / battery: use specialized print macros
  ACPI / battery: reorder headers alphabetically
  ACPI / battery: drop inclusion of init.h
  ACPI: battery: remove redundant old_present check on insertion

* acpi-osi:
  ACPI / OSI: Add OEM _OSI string to enable NVidia HDMI audio

Linux kernel

be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
