Qian Cai 7809c4d580 iommu/vt-d: fix a GCC warning
The commit 6ee1b77ba3 ("iommu/vt-d: Add svm/sva invalidate function")
introduced a GCC warning,

declaration [-Wold-style-declaration]

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
