Jianqun Xu 7a77852f87 arm64: dts: rockchip: rk3568-evb: add enable pin for vcc_lcdc
Reference from hardware design, the vcc_lcdc0_n and vcc_lcdc1_n
regulators are controlled by GPIO.

Add enable pin for vcc_lcdc regulators, also add min and max voltage
make the regulators have voltage values.
