topology_parse_cpu_capacity() returns 1 on success and 0 on errors. Make it return bool instead of int as that suits the purpose better. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
