Dmitry Kandybka 83793aa9b1 wifi: ath9k: fix possible integer overflow in ath9k_get_et_stats()

In 'ath9k_get_et_stats()', promote TX stats counters to 'u64'
to avoid possible integer overflow. Compile tested only.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
