Eric Dumazet 84212387ca ipv6: use RCU protection in ip6_default_advmss()

ip6_default_advmss() needs rcu protection to make
sure the net structure it reads does not disappear.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
