Pull x86 build updates from Borislav Petkov:
"Two x86 build fixes:
- Fix the vmlinux size check on 64-bit along with adding useful
clarifications on the topic (Arvind Sankar)
- Remove -m16 workaround now that the GCC versions that need it are
unsupported (Nick Desaulniers)"

``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
