GCC 12 really doesn't like partial struct allocations:

brcmfmac is trying to save 2 bytes at the end by either allocating
or not allocating a channel member. Let's keep @join_params_size
the "right" size but kmalloc() the full structure.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
