barrier_nospec() in uaccess helpers is there to protect against speculative accesses around access_ok(). When using user_access_begin() sequences together with unsafe_get_user() like macros, barrier_nospec() is called for every single read although we know the access_ok() is done onece. Since all user accesses must be granted by a call to either allow_read_from_user() or allow_read_write_user() which will always happen after the access_ok() check, move the barrier_nospec() there. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
