For mxs PHY, if there is a vbus but the bus is not enumerated, we need to force the dp/dm as SE0 from the controller side. If not, there is possible USB wakeup due to unstable dp/dm, since there is possible no pull on dp/dm, such as there is a USB charger on the port. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
