[ Upstream commit2734166e89] gso_type is being used in binary AND operations together with SKB_GSO_UDP. The issue is that variable gso_type is of type unsigned short and SKB_GSO_UDP expands to more than 16 bits: SKB_GSO_UDP = 1 << 16 this makes any binary AND operation between gso_type and SKB_GSO_UDP to be always zero, hence making some code unreachable and likely causing undesired behavior. Fix this by changing the data type of variable gso_type to unsigned int. Addresses-Coverity-ID: 1462223 Fixes:0c19f846d5("net: accept UFO datagrams from tuntap and packet") Signed-off-by: Gustavo A. Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
