When paging queue is enabled, it use the second page of doorbell. The AMDGPU_DOORBELL64_MAX_ASSIGNMENT definition assumes all the kernel doorbells are in the first page. So with paging queue enabled, the total kernel doorbell range should be original num_doorbell plus one page (0x400 in dword), not *2. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
