This reverts commit8bb7ff12a9. Commit8bb7ff12a9("PCI: tegra: Use PCI_CONF1_EXT_ADDRESS() macro") updated the Tegra PCI driver to use the macro PCI_CONF1_EXT_ADDRESS() instead of a local function in the Tegra PCI driver. This broke PCI for some Tegra platforms because, when calculating the offset value, the mask applied to the lower 8-bits changed from 0xff to 0xfc. For now, fix this by reverting this commit. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
