Lukas Bulwahn 8ab89e9563 m68k: Kconfig.machine: remove obsolete configs ROMBASE and ROMSIZE
The configs ROMBASE and ROMSIZE were used in arch/m68k/68360/head-ram.S,
which was removed with commit a3595962d8 ("m68knommu: remove obsolete
68360 support").

Remove the obsolete configs ROMBASE and ROMSIZE.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
