Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo 8c51e8f4e9 tools headers arm64: Sync arm64's cputype.h with the kernel sources
To get the changes in:

  decb17aeb8 ("KVM: arm64: vgic: Add Apple M2 cpus to the list of broken SEIS implementations")
  07e39e60bb ("arm64: Add Cortex-715 CPU part definition")
  8ec8490a19 ("arm64: Fix bit-shifting UB in the MIDR_CPU_MODEL() macro")

That addresses this perf build warning:

  Warning: Kernel ABI header at 'tools/arch/arm64/include/asm/cputype.h' differs from latest version at 'arch/arm64/include/asm/cputype.h'
  diff -u tools/arch/arm64/include/asm/cputype.h arch/arm64/include/asm/cputype.h

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
