Gregory Price 8c8fa605f7 selftest, ptrace: Add selftest for syscall user dispatch config api
Validate that the following new ptrace requests work as expected

 * PTRACE_GET_SYSCALL_USER_DISPATCH_CONFIG
   returns the contents of task->syscall_dispatch

 * PTRACE_SET_SYSCALL_USER_DISPATCH_CONFIG
   sets the contents of task->syscall_dispatch

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
