[ Upstream commit3203863434] According to RM, the clock divider range is from 1 to 8, clock prescaling ratio may be any power of 2 from 1 to 128. So the supported divider is not all the value between 1 and 1024, just limited value in that range. Create table for the supported divder and add function to check the clock divider is available by comparing with the table. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
