Andra Paraschiv 90d2beed5e nitro_enclaves: Use get_user_pages_unlocked() call to handle mmap assert
commit 3a0152b219 upstream.

After commit 5b78ed24e8 ("mm/pagemap: add mmap_assert_locked()
annotations to find_vma*()"), the call to get_user_pages() will trigger
the mmap assert.

static inline void mmap_assert_locked(struct mm_struct *mm)
{
	lockdep_assert_held(&mm->mmap_lock);
	VM_BUG_ON_MM(!rwsem_is_locked(&mm->mmap_lock), mm);
}

Use get_user_pages_unlocked() when setting the enclave memory regions.
That's a similar pattern as mmap_read_lock() used together with
get_user_pages().

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
