commit7e27180994upstream. The reclaim process can temporarily fail. For example, if the space is getting tight, it fails to make the block group read-only. If there are no further writes on that block group, the block group will never get back to the reclaim list, and the BG never gets reclaimed. In a certain workload, we can leave many such block groups never reclaimed. So, let's get it back to the list and give it a chance to be reclaimed. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
