Caesar Wang 9ccfa45cf3 arm64/configs: update rockchip_linux_defconfig
1/ enable sii902x
Add RGB/BT1120 to HDMI support, this is needed by
rk3568-evb2-lp4x-v10-bt1120-to-hdmi.

2/ enable CONFIG_SDIO_KEEPALIVE
This is needed by RK356X EVB to support Wi-Fi.

3/ add rockchip ebc dev driver.

4/ remove unused CONFIG_I2C_MUX.

5/ enable CONFIG_PCIE_DW_ROCKCHIP for PCIE devices.

Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
