When starting shutdown in sctp_sf_do_dupcook_a(), get the value for SHUTDOWN Cumulative TSN Ack from the new association, which is reconstructed from the cookie, instead of the old association, which the peer doesn't have anymore. Otherwise the SHUTDOWN is either ignored or replied to with an ABORT by the peer because CTSN Ack doesn't match the peer's Initial TSN. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
