[ Upstream commit 4e7728c81a54b17bd33be402ac140bc11bb0c4f4 ] When parsing a GICv2 attribute that contains a cpuid, handle this as the vcpu_id, not a vcpu_idx, as userspace cannot really know the mapping between the two. For this, use kvm_get_vcpu_by_id() instead of kvm_get_vcpu(). Take this opportunity to get rid of the pointless check against online_vcpus, which doesn't make much sense either, and switch to FIELD_GET as a way to extract the vcpu_id. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
