[ Upstream commitd121f125af] Linux doesn't own the memory immediately after the kernel image. On Octeon bootloader places a shared structure right close after the kernel _end, refer to "struct cvmx_bootinfo *octeon_bootinfo" in cavium-octeon/setup.c. If check_kernel_sections_mem() rounds the PFNs up, first memblock_alloc() inside early_init_dt_alloc_memory_arch() <= device_tree_init() returns memory block overlapping with the above octeon_bootinfo structure, which is being overwritten afterwards. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
