flush_schedule_work blocks until completion of all scheduled work items in global work-queue. This can cause deadlock in some cases. i40evf_remove() cleans up necessary work items with cancel_delayed_work_sync and cancel_work_sync. This fix removes flush_schedule_work call inside i40evf_remove(). These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
