Previously, a DSACK could expand the RACK reordering window when no reordering has been seen, and/or when the DSACK was due to an unnecessary TLP retransmit (rather than a spurious fast recovery due to reordering). This could result in unnecessarily growing the RACK reordering window and thus unnecessarily delaying RACK-based fast recovery episodes. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
