i.MX SoC changes for 6.4:

- A couple of changes from Oleksij Rempel which make it possible
  to configure Ethernet refclock from device tree.
- Use common DT helpers to test DT property presence and read boolean
  properties.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
