[ Upstream commit3cbd431c2b] Amlogic G12A devices experience CPU stalls and random board wedges when the system idles and CPU cores clock down to lower opp points. Recent vendor kernels include a change to remove 100-250MHz and other distro sources also remove the 500/667MHz points. Unless all 100-667Mhz opps are removed or the CPU governor forced to performance stalls are still observed, so let's remove them to improve stability and uptime. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
