[ Upstream commit888a5c53c0] TCP associates tx timestamp requests with a byte in the bytestream. If merging skbs in tcp_mtu_probe, migrate the tstamp request. Similar to MSG_EOR, do not allow moving a timestamp from any segment in the probe but the last. This to avoid merging multiple timestamps. Tested with the packetdrill script at https://github.com/wdebruij/packetdrill/commits/mtu_probe-1 Link: http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/1143278/#2232897 Fixes:4ed2d765df("net-timestamp: TCP timestamping") Signed-off-by: Willem de Bruijn <willemb@google.com> Signed-off-by: Eric Dumazet <edumazet@google.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
