[ Upstream commit 1c05bf6c0262f946571a37678250193e46b1ff0f ] Commit43c51bb573("sc16is7xx: make sure device is in suspend once probed") permanently enabled access to the enhanced features in sc16is7xx_probe(), and it is never disabled after that. Therefore, remove re-enable of enhanced features in sc16is7xx_set_baud(). This eliminates a potential useless read + write cycle each time the baud rate is reconfigured. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
