[ Upstream commit3b82a051c1] Currently when an error code -EIO or -ENOSPC in the for-loop of writeback_store the error code is being overwritten by a ret = len assignment at the end of the function and the error codes are being lost. Fix this by assigning ret = len at the start of the function and remove the assignment from the end, hence allowing ret to be preserved when error codes are assigned to it. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
