Ma Ke b57b53e8ff drm: omapdrm: Add missing check for alloc_ordered_workqueue

As it may return NULL pointer and cause NULL pointer dereference. Add check
for the return value of alloc_ordered_workqueue.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
