[ Upstream commit2e3d7fa5d2] Along with z/VM NICs, there's additional device types that only support a specific transport mode (eg. external-bridged IQD). Identify the corresponding error code, and raise a fitting error message so that the user knows to adjust their device configuration. On top of that also fix the subsequent error path, so that the rejected cmd doesn't need to wait for a timeout but gets cancelled straight away. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
