commit6e051971b0upstream. siw_fastreg_mr() invokes siw_mem_id2obj(), which returns a local reference of the siw_mem object to "mem" with increased refcnt. When siw_fastreg_mr() returns, "mem" becomes invalid, so the refcount should be decreased to keep refcount balanced. The issue happens in one error path of siw_fastreg_mr(). When "base_mr" equals to NULL but "mem" is not NULL, the function forgets to decrease the refcnt increased by siw_mem_id2obj() and causes a refcnt leak. Reorganize the flow so that the goto unwind can be used as expected. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
