This allows the context manager to retrieve information about nodes that it holds a reference to, such as the current number of references to those nodes. Such information can for example be used to determine whether the servicemanager is the only process holding a reference to a node. This information can then be passed on to the process holding the node, which can in turn decide whether it wants to shut down to reduce resource usage. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
