[ Upstream commite58430e1d4] There are a few bugs in this code. 1) No checks for whether dma_alloc_attrs() or __get_free_pages() failed. 2) If video_register_device() fails it doesn't clean up the dma attrs or the free pages. 3) The video_device_release() function frees "vfd" which leads to a use after free on the next line. The call to video_unregister_device() is not required so I have just removed that. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
